Reservation Steps
1. Ang mga buyers ay kailangang sumailalim sa Reservation Orientation upang malaman ang mga important policies and procedures na ipinapatupad ng CRC Realty Development Corporation kapag kukuha ng bahay. Maaaring magtanong sa attending staff ng mga bagay na related sa pagbili ng bahay. Kailangang pumirma sa Buyer’s Orientation Sheet bilang clearance na kayo ay dumaan sa orientation.

2. Ang mismong reservation ng bahay ay gagawin sa Reservation Agreement Counter. Ito ang mga dapat gawin:
A. Submission of Initial Documents
1. VALID Government ID
2. Copy of Birth Certificate
3. Copy of Proof of Billing
4. Copy of Proof of Income - Certificate of Employment with Compensation / Financial Statement for Business Owners
B. Fill-Out Forms
Ito ang 4 Major Forms na kailangan masagutan at mapirmahan ng buyer:

1. RESERVATION AGREEMENT - CRC Realty Development Corporation and the Buyer's agreement on the purchasing of the chosen home.
2. CONDITION OF SALES - CRC Realty Development Corporation's policies related to the purchase and occupancy of the home.
3. MEMBERSHIP STATUS VERIFICATION SLIP (MSVS) - Used by Pag-IBIG Fund in verifying the buyer’s good standing as a member. Required for buyers who will avail of housing loan from Pag-IBIG Fund.
4. LETTER OF CONFORMITY - Indicates that the buyer conforms with these 3 reservation conditions:
a. ​Pay the home’s monthly amortization 30 days from the reservation date
b. Submit all requirements
c. Completion of the home’s construction shall depend on the schedule set by CRC Realty Development Corporation, regardless if the buyer completes in advance the prescribed monthly equity payment.
C. Complete All Payments
Maliban sa document requirements, kailangang bayaran din ang Reservation Fee. Ang pagkumpleto sa Total Contract Price o TCP ng bahay at depende sa type of financing scheme na inyong kinuha:

1. CASH PAYMENT SCHEME- Ang TCP ay binabayaran in full upon reservation. No monthly equity. Maaari ding bayaran ang TCP sa loob ng 24 months. Ang tawag dito ay Deferred Cash.

2. IN-HOUSE FINANCING PAYMENT SCHEME - Ang TCP ng bahay ay binabayarang sa loob ng 5 o 10 taon. At dahil ito ay isang uri ng utang, may kaakibat din itong interest.

3. PAG-IBIG FUND FINANCING PAYMENT SCHEME - Ang pagbabayad ng monthly amortization ay gagawin kapag naaprubahan na ng Pag-IBIG Fund ang inyong housing loan.

4. BANK / FINANCING INSTITUTION FINANCING PAYMENT SCHEME - May mga accredited banks ang CRC Realty Development Corporation kung saan maaaring mag-avail ng housing loan. Tumawag sa Customer Service Representative ng CRC Realty Development Corporation para malaman ang mga bangko kung saan pwede kumuha ng housing loan.
Here are the documents needed to be accomplished within 30 days from the reservation date:
Marriage Certificate
(If Married)
Compliance to PAG-IBIG Fund
(For any findings by Pag-Ibig Fund on your membership)
Other Income Supporting Documents
(Job Contract if OFW, Proof of Income of Co-Borrower)
Notarized Specialized Power of Attorney
(For buyers with an Attorney-in-Fact to do the transactions on their behalf)
Important Reminders:
1. Laging maging ON-TIME sa pagpasa ng mga requirements upang hindi maantala ang reservation process.

​2. Magbigay ng Updated Documents lalo na ang may mga expiration dates tulad ng pay slip, proof of employment, at iba pa. Kayo ay tatawagan ng CRC Realty Development Corporation staff para mag request ng Updated Documents.
3. Tama at totoong information lamang ang dapat nasa mga documents.

​4. Pwedeng magbago ang List of Initial Documents. Tumawag sa inyong seller para sa official list of requirements.
