CRC Realty and Development Corporation (CRCRDC) was incorporated on May 22, 1972 to engage in real estate development, leasing and marketing. Its projects are located in the Manila South Area prominently in the towns of San Pedro, Santa Rosa, and Cabuyao, Laguna. CRCRDC’s real estate portfolio included subdivision lots and townhouses that cater to the Filipino dream of owning energy efficient, quality, and affordable homes.

To date, the Company has projects spread across some of South Luzon’s progressive cities and municipalities. CRC continues to innovate to be at the forefront of the mass housing sector. It envisions to aggressively expanding its footprint by continuously growing and making quality projects attune to the needs of its clientele.
